Classes
We have two group class options currently running at Evolve Female Fitness. The Evolution program is a small group class run in 12-week blocks. The program includes two personalized strength sessions per week and a group hybrid class which include cardio, mobility/stability, HIIT and Pilates style programming. Additionally, the program includes extra sessions to complete from home to aid in recovery and functionality. The Strong Mummas group classes are 30minutes casual sessions run on varied days at 10:30am. These sessions encourage mums to bring their kiddies along to train in a safe and supportive environment. These sessions are programmed specifically with the postnatal body in mind and are designed to rebuild the core, strengthen the posterior chain and create a functional body. Alternatively, if you prefer to train alone, we offer one on one personal training sessions casually or in 12-week blocks. These sessions will be programmed specifically to your body and goals and can include a variety of programming styles.
